My family and I had a delightful stay at New Voga Guesthouse during the Christmas holidays. The boutique hotel, housed in a charming Victorian-style building from 1880, was a true hidden gem in the heart of Valparaiso's historic Cerro Alegre district. As a sommelier and wine tour operator, I appreciate attention to detail, and the housekeeping at New Voga was impeccable.The rooms were bright and spacious, with tasteful decor that perfectly blended modern comforts with the building's historic charm. We stayed in the Superior King Room with Sea View, which offered a breathtaking vista of the ocean and gardens. The cozy atmosphere and free WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable.The hotel's close proximity to popular attractions like the Baburizza Museum of Fine Arts and Sotomayor Square made exploring the city on foot a pleasure. The helpful staff at the 24-hour front desk provided us with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Our experience at New Voga was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and comfortable stay in Valparaiso.
